My niece and I have been busy cooking and these have got to be the easiest enchiladas there is to make!
1 pkg of corn tortillas
1 pkg of small ground beef (seasoned like you would for taco meat)
1 can of chili beans
1 pkg of shredded cheese
Wrap the tortillas up with some cheese inside and place them in the pan. Pour the meat and the beans over the top of the stuffed shells and place shredded cheese on the top. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted or desired.
