Sugar-Free Peach Cobbler

Can we say a little goodness on earth? lol I actually have never made the sugar-free version before...but...with Dad being a diabetic and this being especially for him...sugar-free it is. :)

So for those of you that want the recipe...here you go! :)

Things you will need:
4 cans of sliced peaches
1 boxed yellow cake mix
Vanilla
Brown Sugar
Butter

To start off with...I use 4 cans of sliced peaches in its own juice.

Once opened, I usually drain the juice out of 3 cans and leave the juice of the 4th can, and dump it into a cake pan.

Next, you take the brown sugar (If going sugar-free...you can use the 50% less sugar brown sugar sweetened with Splenda.) and sprinkle some all around the peaches. I think I used around 4 heaping teaspoons.

Then take your Vanilla (we use Vanilla straight from Mexico...YUMMY) and dash some in 5-6 areas around the pan.

Stir it around to make sure it is mixed good. Then take another 1.5 heaping teaspoons of brown sugar (or however much you desire) and sprinkle around the top.

Next, take your dry yellow cake mix (can use regular if desired) and sprinkle all around the cake pan until the peaches are covered. (I use the entire cake mix)

Once the cake mix is spread around, make sure you smooth the cake mix out to make it even. Then take squares of butter and place all over.

Once this is done, bake in the oven on 375 for close to an hour. All ovens are different...but in our oven it takes about an hour or more for it to cook. But it'll be worth it in the end. hehe :)

Serve it plain or serve it with ice cream! YUMMY!!
