5-layer Bean Dip


This is such a simple recipe and we've had a lot of it lately...but it's so yummy!

All you need is the following:

1 can of refried beans
1 small container of sour cream (we use 'light' and we only put enough to spread over it)
Salsa of your choice (use as much as you like)
Shredded cheddar cheese (enough to cover)
And topped with sliced black olives

You may serve cold or warm. We love dipping it with baked chips...and it makes for a pretty healthy snack. Yum!
