Tornado Touchdown...
Last night and this afternoon we had some pretty intense thunderstorms. They usually don't wake me up if its storming throughout the night, but last night it did. The thunder was so loud it made me toss and turn all night. Anyways, today it got really dark outside and later found out that 2 tornados touched down not too far from us. One was VERY close to the church...in fact some people that live by the church saw the tornado going up and down several times. But thank God everyone and everything is okay. I didn't want to end this day without Thanking Jesus for protecting us!!!

Amen to thanking God for protection! That is one thing I certainly don't miss about the midwest. Tornado's or "Tornaders" (as we east Tenneseean's say) are horrid. Love you and miss you. I need a "Krista" fix. Miss you SO MUCH!!!

No doubt about that! We've never had one that actually touched down so close to us..so that was kinda crazy but thank God no one was hurt, there wasn't a lot of damage if any..and the church is okay too! I love and miss you too! I need my "Jen" fix too!!!
