Last weekend I met some friends in Indianapolis!! IBC Music Fest was going on and I had a lot of friends that were singing in one of the featured choirs so we all decided to make a weekend out of it! I'm happy to report that I'm back on track again!! These past couple of weeks have been great!! Back to eating good and working out on a regular schedule again...which makes me a super happy girl! I always miss the nights that I am "too busy" to work out. But, I'm feeling good and can't wait to see what the next few weeks have to offer!
Beginning tomorrow-I'm starting a Four Week Challenge! In four short weeks I'll be leaving on a jet plane out of the country, which I'm super excited about! So between now and then I've set some small goals for myself and hoping to achieve them! Someone PLEASE help keep me accountable!!
I'm excited and hoping that this will break the plateau! So ready to get past this point!
Last week, Sarah and I were able to meet up with our friend Melissa...she has recently lost over 60 pounds and she looks AWESOME!!! Melissa, if you are reading this, I am sooo proud of you! You have been such an inspiration to me!
One thing to remember is...if you fail today, start again TODAY! Don't wait for tomorrow!
Seriously, I think I've pretty much been neglecting this blog. What is the deal?! Shame on me! LOL It's been 11 days since the last post! Why can't things slow down for at least two minutes? Last week we had Kids Revival at TLC! There were several kids that got baptized and one that received the Holy Ghost! Our kids led worship on Sunday and they did an outstanding job!! We even had LIVE Puppets!! My battery died on my camera during the middle of it so I didn't get many pictures, but here is what I did get...enjoy! Love seeing kids worship the One and ONLY true God!! A couple of weekends ago, I decided to get away for a couple of days and go see one of my besties, Melodie, in Arkansas! Had a great time as usual! It felt like all we did was eat and shop. Oh wait, we did! LOL What a fun time though! One can't beat a great girls weekend full of shopping and spending too much money! ha!!
First things first! (Jen, these pictures are for you! hehe) We had to make a coffee stop. And let me just say that this coffee shop was THE coolest!! So modern AND they had Pumpkin Spice Latte in MARCH...AND they have LIVE music playing!!! How can you go wrong? We seriously sat there for a couple of hours and just chatted away! I love friends! They also had techno menu boards for the drinks..so cool! Part of the menu boards...for the food. Our Live entertainment....by Matt! He was awesome!! Gotta love a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Arsaga's! Oh my word, it was SOOO good! LOVED these lights!!! Matt again. Loved that white tree branch behind him! A little video of our live entertainment!

Oh goodness, it was SOOO good! Then off for another stop to get coffee at Baba Boudan's! Loved this old car sitting outside the coffee shop! For some reason, I really enjoy taking pictures of old cars. Shocker I know...But seriously, when do I not like taking pictures of EVERYthing?! And last but not least....finally a picture of Mel and I out shopping! Love you Mel!

As you know from previous posts, my sister Darla is prego with her first child, which is due July 8th! We're all very excited to have another little one in the family! Since they've been back from Vanautu, this is the first opportunity we've had to get out and do a photo shoot. She is now almost 6 months along...so of course I had to photograph them! Can't wait for 'beebie' to get here!!
It's been a little while since I've posted anything on 'the' subject. So if anyone was following this particular post, I apologize. If you're not familiar with this post...this is where I'm trying to keep myself accountable to eating good and working out and keeping tabs on how I feel through this journey. February was a hard month in the whole "eating good" thing. But thankfully I'm back on track...and working out more, and I'm feeling good! It's such a good feeling when you make progress and achieve goals! So here's *cheers* to another week of eating healthy and working out!!
Just remember...if you're trying to achieve healthy goals...DON'T give up!!! If you mess up...start over! Don't wait for the next week, start now!!
We went bowling tonight with C-Squared! I was holding Sissy (Noelle) at one point and trying to make her laugh and she leaned over and gave me kisses on the lips! ha!! Love that little girl!
Has it seriously been almost two weeks since I last posted?! Two.Weeks? Wow...I'm slacking on my blogging duties! I'd like to tell you that I've been busy with all these amazing things....but.....thats not the case. :) Just a few random things to keep you up to date...
Last weekend we had some special revival services at church...and THAT was amazing! Bro. Michael Easter preached and we had some "chuch"! It felt like "old school revival" and it was absolutely awesome!!
Seems like my time has been filled with working and going to the gym! It's been a rough couple of weeks at the gym, but hopefully the rough part is over and moving forward!
Oh! Last weekend I did a photo shoot with my sweet friend Ragen for Trendy Bliss!! Pictures coming soon!
My sister Darla and her hubby is back here for a couple of weeks! She said she can feel the beebie move a little bit now! :) She's about 5 months along...so it won't be too much longer!
We had another snow storm this week and got another 5 inches of snow. From the looks of it...winter isn't going anywhere...anytime soon. I love snow...but, I'm ready for Spring!
